It’s really important to stretch for at least ten minutes before exercising especially if you haven’t exercised in a long time. 
Top: 2 sets of 50 squats, make sure to keep your back straight and legs shoulder width apart. 
Bottom: 2 sets of 15 Ese triangle push ups, keep your legs spread shoulder width apart and your hands placed a little closer than you normally would when doing a regular pushup.
